Who are we?
The Warmia and Mazury Vocational Training Center is an independent, private, non-profit educational association that has been operating continuously since 1992. Our mission is to support the professional and personal development of the residents of Warmia and Mazury by providing access to high-quality education, training, and counseling and training programs.
Practice-based education
We have created an extensive network of Education Centers in 12 cities in the region and specialized central units located in Olsztyn, such as:
- Industry Training Center
- Driver Training Center
- Olsztyn Film House
All these units constitute the heart of our practical and specialist activities.
Thanks to modern laboratories and technical facilities, we offer practical courses tailored to the real needs of the labor market, including:

Olsztyn Film House
In 2025 we opened the Olsztyn Film House – a unique place where education meets art, where young people and adults develop their skills in film, photography, visual arts and multimedia production.
It is a space designed for creative activities, intergenerational exchange, and developing the skills of the future.
Schools that teach professions
We run first and second level vocational schools, preparing young people and adults for professions that are key to the local job market. Our educational programs combine theory with practice, ensuring real professional skills. We have already trained over 308,000 people And over 43,000 graduates of our schools have entered the labor market with a specific profession.

Our team consists of over 200 qualified employees – trainers, instructors, career advisors – whose commitment and professionalism are confirmed by numerous certificates and accreditations, including ISO 9001:2015.
